He elaborated on his extraordinary win, recounting the details. “I put a stake of Ksh200 and placed bets then realised that the odds were too much and asked myself how many games would enable me to win Ksh16 million out of desperation and saw it was Ksh37 and placed the same bet five times and that is how I managed to emerge as the winner,” said Muriuki.

A devoted believer, Bob also shared his plans for the newfound wealth. He stated: “I plan to give God his share, most people give 10% but that is not the threshold so I will do more than 10%.”
His victory, confirmed on Tuesday, September 10, placed him at the top of the Mozzart Bet leaderboard as the individual who had won the highest amount from the betting platform.
