Katerina Tipikina is a highly motivated and results-driven Chief Operating Officer with over a decade of diverse professional experience that spans international commodities trading, space exploration, artificial intelligence, information technology, and the burgeoning field of online gaming and entertainment.
Based in Dubai, she stands out for her exceptional communication and organizational skills, proficiency in managing multicultural teams across Europe, India, and Africa, and remarkable ability to deliver meaningful results in fast-paced, complex business environments. A passionate problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities, Katerina has consistently navigated her organizations through challenges while meeting stringent deadlines.
Currently, Katerina serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the African region at Growe, a role she has held since November 2021. In this position, she has been instrumental in steering the company’s growth across key markets, including Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and Mozambique. Additionally, Katerina plays a crucial role in managing the launch of new products and facilitating entry into emerging markets.

Before joining Growe, Katerina served as the Chief Financial Officer at EOS Data Analytics from November 2020 to September 2021. In this role, she led financial management for two pioneering projects focused on satellite production and imagery analysis, managing a team of eight within the finance department while overseeing operations in Georgia with a staff of thirty. Among her key achievements were streamlining workflows within the finance department to enhance operational efficiency and developing a comprehensive financial model and legal framework to support new business initiatives in EU markets.
Katerina’s tenure at Noosphere Ventures from September 2016 to December 2020 saw her in the pivotal role of Head of Financial Planning Department and CFO Deputy. During this time, she managed critical processes connecting finance, legal, and operational teams. Her notable achievements included establishing frameworks that reduced costs through workforce optimization, implementing and maintaining legal structures for over 200 entities to streamline operations, and resolving account-related issues that saved the company over USD 1 million.
Earlier in her career, Katerina held a position in business development for the Indian region at SKP Group from April 2013 to May 2016. Her efforts saved the company approximately USD 1.5 million through optimized operations and generated an annual profit of around USD 2 million from the representative office she managed. Her earlier roles as Finance Manager at Steel Mont Trading LTD and Accountant at GPL solidified her foundational expertise in finance.
Katerina holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Poltav’skij Nacional’nij Tehnicnij Universytet imeni Yuriya Kundratiuka and is currently pursuing a coaching certification at the MHK “Zhyve Dilo” School. With her extensive experience, strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a passion for innovative business solutions, Katerina Tipikina continues to drive growth and transformation in the African iGaming sector.
