Based in the vibrant Durban Metropolitan Area, she has cultivated a robust operational framework that fosters excellence and innovation within the pan-African bookmaker.
With a career spanning over a decade, Sandisiwe specializes in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth through strategic thinking, marketing communications, and brand awareness. Her educational foundation includes a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA) and a BA Degree in Brand Communication from Vega School.
In her current role at Betika, which she assumed in May 2023, Sandisiwe is at the forefront of coordinating online gaming operations across emerging markets in Africa. Her leadership has been instrumental in optimizing operational processes and identifying commercially viable opportunities for business expansion. Prior to joining Betika, she honed her skills at Hollywoodbets, where she spent nearly eight years. There, she ascended the ranks to serve as the Head of Operations for Africa, as well as managing aspects of the commercial sector and overseeing a diverse sales team. Her responsibilities included resource management, performance reviews, and strategic training—all essential elements in driving operational success.

Her experience further expanded with roles in marketing coordination at FLASH Mobile Vending and as a Copywriting Intern at Whalley and Associates. These positions laid the groundwork for her strong proficiency in marketing communications and brand strategy.
