iGaming AFRIKA is organizing a webinar titled “Jobs in Gaming: Exploring Opportunities in the iGaming Industry in Africa” with the aim of addressing youth unemployment in Africa. Scheduled for February 2nd, 2024, the webinar will feature industry experts such as James Everett, Lois Bright, and Ondela Vundisa, who will provide insights into diverse roles within the iGaming sector.
Contrary to common misconceptions, the iGaming industry offers career opportunities beyond betting and sports fandom. The webinar seeks to debunk these beliefs and showcase the various fields where individuals with skills in marketing, human resources, business development, design, finance, and more can find rewarding careers.
As youth unemployment hinders economic growth and development in Africa, iGaming AFRIKA is taking steps to address this issue by highlighting the job creation potential of the gambling sector. The webinar is sponsored by Africa Gaming Expo Limited (AGE Lagos), organizers of the Africa Gaming Expo 2024, and will be streamed live on iGaming AFRIKA’s LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
