LONACI Foundation Donates Four Medicalized Ambulances to Strengthen National Healthcare

The LONACI Foundation has donated four medicalized ambulances to healthcare facilities across the interior of Côte d’Ivoire.

The initiative took place recently at the Foundation’s headquarters in Cocody-Vallon and was presided over by Monsieur Dramane Coulibaly, Chairman of the Board of the LONACI Foundation and Director General of LONACI.

This initiative is a core part of the Foundation’s commitment to enhancing the technical platforms of health establishments and improving the quality of patient care. By providing these high-specification vehicles, the Foundation aims to facilitate faster medical responses and better outcomes for populations in regions that are often underserved. The four beneficiary health centers are the Rural Health Center of Digbognoa (Gagnoa Department, Gôh Region), the Urban Health Center of N’Zécrezessou (Bocanda Department, N’Zi Region), the Rural Health Center of Kouassikro (M’Bahiakro Department, Iffou Region), and the Rural Health Center of Kossandji (Alépé Department, Mé Region).

The event was attended by a distinguished group of officials, highlighting the collaboration between the Foundation and national administrative bodies. Key attendees included members of the prefectural authority, Monsieur Traoré Adam-Kolia, President of the Iffou Regional Council, the Vice-President of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), the Mayor of M’Bahiakro, and representatives from the Ministry of Health, Public Hygiene, and Universal Health Coverage.

This donation reflects the LONACI Foundation’s dedication to contributing effectively to the national health system, particularly in rural and peri-urban zones. Beyond health initiatives, LONACI continues to pursue excellence in its corporate operations, recently achieving Level 3 of Responsible Gaming and maintaining its ISO 9001 quality certification. These efforts ensure that the organization’s growth translates directly into meaningful social works (Oeuvres Sociales) for the benefit of the Ivorian population.
