LONACI Sets a Clear Focus on Expanding its National Coverage

The Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) is sharpening its focus on expanding its reach across the country, as part of a broader effort to strengthen its distribution network and modernise its operations through digital tools. The announcement was made during a gathering held at Cap Sud Shopping Center in Marcory on February 4, 2026, under the theme “Acceleration 1.0.”
Addressing participants, Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, Director General of LONACI, emphasized that expanding the company’s footprint across Côte d’Ivoire is now a central priority. “Our direction is clearly defined. We must significantly improve our national coverage rate,” he stated.
To support this objective, LONACI plans to implement several concrete measures designed to strengthen both its internal structures and its distribution ecosystem. “This will involve launching a loyalty and incentive program, strengthening the customer and distributor experience, continuing the digitalization of our processes, and implementing a structured commission plan for our commercial teams,” Coulibaly added.

According to management, these actions aim to ensure more consistent service delivery nationwide, improve operational efficiency, and enhance motivation across sales teams and partners.
Speaking to members of the distribution network, Pierre Alain Kouassi, Director of Sales and Network Management, stressed the importance of collective engagement in achieving these objectives. “Your commitment, your trust, and your feedback are essential if we are to go further together,” he said.
A key moment of the event was the presentation of Lonaci Win+, a fully digital loyalty program designed for distributors and sales agents. The platform is intended to professionalize the sales network by introducing performance-based incentives aimed at strengthening engagement and improving visibility into commercial activity.
