Zulema Rivero is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Head of VIP at Logifuture in London, England. With extensive experience in VIP loyalty consulting, she has honed her skills in sales, market research, and customer experience strategy, particularly within the online gaming and events industries.
Zulema’s journey in the professional world began with her educational pursuits in translation and interpreting. She obtained her Master of Arts in Translation and Interpreting Studies from Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which provided her with a strong foundation for her future roles. She initially took on various positions that combined her language skills with her burgeoning interest in marketing and client relations. At Logifuture, she has worked her way up from VIP Manager to her current position as Head of VIP, a role she has held since February 2022.
Prior to her tenure at Logifuture, Zulema held the position of VIP Manager at Logifuture from May 2019 to February 2022, based in Malta. During this time, she built a new VIP loyalty program and managed the redesign of the VIP websites to optimize user experience. Her efforts to analyze data trends and customer behaviors have allowed her to identify key customers, create tailored promotions, and ensure impeccable service delivery through effective management of local VIP teams.

Her experience extends to managing high-profile events and client relations at BGO Group, where as VIP Manager, she monitored customer activity and engaged directly with VIP clients to enhance their overall experience. Earlier in her career, she worked with Win Technologies as a VIP Relationship Manager, building strong relationships with premium customers and organizing unique event experiences tailored to their expectations.
Beyond her impressive professional accomplishments, Zulema possesses a diverse educational background, with studies in languages and translation at esteemed institutions such as the University of Vienna and International House Santa Monica.
