Zambia Gaming Association Cracks Down on Non-Compliant Operators
The Zambia Gaming Association has issued a firm warning against gaming companies found violating national laws and regulations. Association president Noah Malungila voiced deep concern over the increasing number of operators disregarding the country’s established legal framework.
Earlier today, a Lusaka City Council inspection uncovered widespread non-compliance across several gaming establishments. Authorities found that some operators were running without valid licenses, breaching tax obligations, and neglecting responsible gaming standards.

In response, the Zambia Gaming Association has urged swift and decisive action against these rogue operators to uphold the integrity of the gaming industry and protect players’ welfare. Mr. Malungila confirmed that the association is collaborating with law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute those failing to comply with the law
