A Look Back on 2025 and a Look Forward on 2026

In 2025, Kiron Interactive marked a breakthrough year defined by global expansion, strong partnerships, and growing industry recognition. Major launches across Latin America and Africa, alongside strategic collaborations and multiple award shortlists, underscored the strength of the company’s adaptable, market-focused strategy. Looking ahead to 2026, Kiron is focused on deepening its presence in high-growth regulated markets, delivering data-efficient products, and staying ahead of industry trends through speed, flexibility, and practical innovation.

In this interview, Feron Somiah Director of Commercial Services at Kiron Interactive, reflects on the milestones that shaped 2025, the challenges of scaling across diverse markets, and how the company is positioning itself to meet evolving operator demands in the year ahead.

Looking back on 2025, what moments or achievements defined your journey this year?

This was a pivotal year for Kiron. We launched GOAL Premier with Kaizen Gaming in Mexico, Nigeria and Chile, which marked a major step forward in Latin America and Africa. That rollout proved how well our content performs when it is tailored and technically sound. We also expanded our reach across Africa through a key partnership with MulaSport, bringing Kiron Lite to five markets. The company has grown considerably to meet demand and deliver at pace. We were also shortlisted at the EGR B2B, EGR Italy Awards and the International Gaming Awards, which signalled strong industry recognition. These milestones show the strength of our strategy and the momentum behind it.

What were the toughest challenges in 2025, and what did you take from them?

Scaling into new markets brings real pressure. Regulations vary, connectivity can be limited, and player expectations move quickly. We’ve built teams and systems that respond quickly to changes and hold up under pressure. The experience sharpened our approach and proved that flexibility and not scale alone, drives long term success.

What are your key goals for 2026, and how will you stand out in a competitive space?

Our focus is on depth and delivery. We aim to strengthen our position in high growth regions such as Africa and Italy, expand our regulated market foot print and grow our portfolio of virtual sports and data lite games. What sets us apart is our ability to solve real world challenges for operators. Our products are built to work in complex environments, not just in ideal conditions. That is where we provide value through speed and adaptability.

Operator expectations are shifting quickly. There is growing demand for content that uses less data, integrates faster and reflects local preferences. In many markets, the priority is efficiency as much as innovation. We are ready for that. Our platforms scale without friction, our games are designed for mobile realities, and our processes get partners live with confidence. The push for smarter delivery will intensify in 2026 and we plan to stay ahead by keeping our solutions practical, reliable and built for real market conditions.
