MCK Cautions Media Outlets Against Promoting Gambling

The Media Council of Kenya (MCK) has issued a warning to journalists and media organizations on the promotion of gaming activities, including lotteries, betting, and gambling, on various media platforms. MCK Kenya gaming

MCK CEO David Omwoyo highlighted his concern over the growing number of commercials and promotions for gaming-related activities, some of which are not authorized by the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB), in a formal statement.
