Following the confirmation of the AVIATOR trademark secured in Kenya (Reg. No. 119861), Aviator LLC has also successfully secured its AVIATOR trademark in all OAPI countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Senegal, and Togo).

These registrations establish Aviator LLC and its authorized licensees as the lawful holders of AVIATOR trademark rights in each respective country, further strengthening the company’s intellectual property portfolio across the African continent.

Trademark applications are also currently pending in a number of additional African markets, including Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Gambia, Liberia, and Sierra Leone, with decisions awaited.

Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or imitation of the AVIATOR trademark or any substantially similar design in these markets constitutes a violation of Aviator LLC’s copyright.
