BetSymphony Goes Live With Premier Bet in Africa at 0% Revenue Share

BetSymphony is now live in Togo, Africa. With 0% revenue share and source code license, it’s challenging the traditional sportsbook platform model.
The launch marks BetSymphony’s first production deployment on the continent, going live with Premier Bet in Togo. Premier Bet is one of Africa’s biggest betting companies, with a presence across more than 20 African countries.
“Operators should not have to spend the lifetime of their business paying a percentage of revenue for access to the platform they depend on,” said Valentina Synenka, CEO of BetSymphony.
“As operators grow, they should be able to control their product roadmap, decide how the platform evolves and scales without their platform costs increasing as a percentage of revenue. BetSymphony was built around that idea: source code licensing instead of long-term platform dependency, operator-controlled development instead of a vendor-controlled roadmap, and 0% revenue share as the business scales,” she added.
Revenue share has long been a standard part of the iGaming platform model. It can give operators a faster route to market, but it can also mean paying a percentage of revenue for as long as the relationship continues. As the operator grows, so will the cost of the platform.
The platform was built around the idea that sportsbook/casino technology can become an asset to the operator’s business rather than a permanent dependency. Source code license gives operators control over the product, the roadmap and the economics of their growth, while the 0% revenue-share model means BetSymphony does not take a larger cut simply because the operator scales.
Going live with Premier Bet in Togo now puts that model into production for the first time in Africa.
What a source code licence changes
Zero revenue share changes the economics. A source code licence changes how much control an operator has over the platform. Instead of relying on a shared vendor roadmap, operators can set their own development priorities, build the features they need, manage integrations and adapt the platform for specific markets as the business grows.
That gives the operator greater autonomy over the technology stack and product roadmap, rather than having to wait for a platform provider to prioritise every change.
For BetSymphony, that distinction matters: operators are not simply licensing access to a standard sportsbook platform. They receive a source code licence that gives them far greater control over how the platform is developed, customised and scaled around their business.
Proving it in production
The zero-revenue-share model may be the headline, but the technology still had to prove itself in production.
“Taking BetSymphony live without platform issues was the result we were working toward from the start,” said Mariyan Melnychuk, Product Delivery Director at Symphony Solutions. “We made deliberate engineering decisions around performance, resilience and how the platform would operate in the markets we’re targeting. Now we have that proof in production: real players, real activity and a platform performing as designed.”
BetSymphony was built mobile-first for emerging and often low-bandwidth markets. The priority was not visual density but load speed, data efficiency and session reliability on mid-range Android handsets and inconsistent networks.
Behind it is a full production stack. Live odds are currently provided through BetRadar, with additional feed providers planned. Casino content includes Pragmatic Play, EGT, Fazi and Aviator, with more suppliers on the roadmap. Player messaging is handled through global cloud communications provider Infobip, while a data warehouse supports reporting. And the stack is still expanding, with further integrations already queued.

Betting by voice and chat
BetSymphony is also changing how players interact with the sportsbook. Through BetHarmony, Symphony Solutions’ conversational AI frontend, players can find events and place bets using voice or chat. That means less time navigating through menus, leagues, and markets. A player can simply ask for what they want, which makes the journey from intent to bet more direct, particularly on mobile.
The difference becomes more noticeable as the number of events and betting markets grows. Instead of needing to know where a particular market sits inside the sportsbook, players can describe what they are looking for conversationally, and BetHarmony handles the search and navigation behind the interaction. It also lowers the barrier for first-time bettors and for players betting in a second language.
BetHarmony AI assistant will become available to players in the near future.
Beyond simplifying navigation, BetHarmony brings a broader set of player and operator benefits:
• Reduce Conversion Drop-Off
• Voice-optimized for gaming requests
• Continuous multilingual support
• Self-service for routine tasks
• Revenue growth through smarter discovery
• Optimized operational costs
• Higher loyalty and retention
For BetSymphony, that adds another layer to the mobile-first approach. The aim is not to fit a traditional sportsbook onto a smaller screen but to reduce the number of steps between opening the platform and placing a bet.
For operators looking to reach the market faster, a turnkey BetSymphony model is also in development, aimed at operators with a licence, a marketing engine and payment relationships but no appetite to staff a platform team on day one. BetHarmony is not yet enabled for Premier Bet players in Togo, with availability planned for the near future.
Industry recognition follows the launch
BetSymphony has also been getting already some attention from the industry.
The platform has picked up five nominations across four awards, covering both the product and its position as a growing sportsbook supplier.
That includes Rising Star in Sports Betting Innovation at the SBC Awards, Industry Rising Star at the SiGMA Awards Euro-Med, and Sports Betting Platform of the Year at the European iGaming Awards.
The EGR B2B Awards 2026 added two more, shortlisting BetSymphony for Software Rising Star and Sportsbook Platform Supplier.
The recognition comes as BetSymphony continues to expand, with its first African deployment now live in Togo with Premier Bet. The next step is seeing how that model travels across more operators and markets.
Africa is just the beginning
With its first African operator live, BetSymphony is already looking ahead. Further African markets are on the horizon, but expansion will be deliberate. The focus is on building from each deployment, learning what works in each market and scaling without rushing the process. The next goal is to live across different operators, different markets, and different stages of growth.
One African deployment is live. For BetSymphony, the bigger opportunity is what comes next.
