NLGRB Crackdown on Unlawful Gaming Billboards to Protect Public

The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) in a targeted enforcement operation last week that led to the removal of illegal gaming advertisements on billboards across several key areas, including Gayaza, Kyanja, Najjera, and along the Nalya-Ntinda Bypass.

These actions were taken in strict accordance with the established Gaming (Advertisement) Directives. The crackdown is part of an ongoing, systematic effort to eliminate unlawful advertising in the gaming sector. Enforcement authorities have emphasized that they will continue to crack down on illegal advertising and hold operators accountable for their marketing practices.
