Shivika Singh is a results-oriented strategist and business development professional based in Gauteng, South Africa, with extensive experience in data management, analytics, and business intelligence. With a career that spans several critical roles, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to support operations, project management, and strategic planning while devising innovative solutions to drive transformation, operational excellence, and business revenue.
Currently, Shivika serves as the Business Development and Data Manager at Tsogo Sun, where she has been leading new business development initiatives for the past five years.
Shivika’s notable career highlights include successfully implementing data warehousing, analytics, and insight reporting at prominent organizations such as Sun International and Tsogo Sun. Additionally, she pioneered compelling storytelling presentation sessions that have significantly enhanced the effectiveness of internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to her current position, Shivika Singh excelled as the Business Information, Intelligence and Insights Manager at Sun International. In this role, she established a business intelligence department that streamlined process management and developed predictive analytics to improve gaming floor and marketing strategies.

Before her robust experience in gaming and business intelligence, Shivika Singh began her career at Suncoast as a Gaming Analyst and held various administrative positions at respected companies such as Nedcor, Old Mutual, and Liberty Life Insurance Company.
Educated at the University of South Africa, Shivika holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree, further cementing her qualifications in the field. As she continues to navigate the complexities of the business landscape, Shivika Singh remains dedicated to driving significant results for her organization and contributing to the advancement of data-driven decision-making in South Africa.
