Technology Essential in Regulating the Gaming Industry: Denis Mudene Ngabirano
Denis Mudene Ngabirano, the CEO of Uganda’s National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB), firmly believes that technology is crucial to the gaming industry in Africa.
He stresses the importance of standardizing and leveraging technology to ensure fairness and transparency in gaming operations.
“First is standardizing the technology we are adopting and using and ensuring that this technology will deliver what the regulators want to see, which is a fair and transparent gaming industry.”
He is pleased that technology has made a positive impact on regulating the gaming industry in Uganda, particularly through the implementation of the Central Electronic Monitoring System for monitoring gaming events. Denis Mudene Ngabirano Technology
