Binance has announced the launch of Binance Junior, a parent-managed crypto app designed for children and teens aged 6 to 17 or under 21 in some regions. The platform allows parents to guide their children’s first steps into digital finance while maintaining full oversight and control.
With Binance Junior, parents can create a dedicated sub-account linked to their own Binance account, giving children a secure environment to save, earn, and send crypto. The app is tailored specifically for young users, featuring a simplified interface that removes complex trading options.
Key Features
- Parent-Supervised Crypto Accounts: Parents can create and manage their child’s crypto account, monitor all activity, and maintain full oversight from the parent dashboard.
- A Junior Crypto Experience: The app shows only essential features, such as Save, Earn, and Send, alongside asset balances.
- Flexible Crypto Savings: Parents can establish savings accounts with deposits automatically subscribed to Junior Flexible Simple Earn, helping children learn the value of saving by tracking progress together.
- Safe and Controlled Environment: Parents remain in full control, ensuring that every interaction is secure and educational, while promoting healthy financial habits.

“As parents who love our children, we not only nurture them in their early development but long-term growth with responsibility and wisdom helping their ability to face real life challenges independently where financial health and literacy are key to preparing them for the future, especially as money is evolving,” said Binance co-CEO Yi He.
“Today, parents can take the first steps to prepare for their children’s financial future and equip them for the future financial landscape. Binance Junior is a family finance initiative that helps parents build crypto wealth and savings for their children and encourages them to teach and practice healthy financial habits for the next generation into adulthood.”
