Tech Race Summit Expands Global Line-up with Tesla and PandaDoc Leaders

Warsaw, Poland, August 6 – SOFTSWISS Tech Race Summit continues to expand its programme with speakers from some of the world’s most influential technology companies. Joining the line-up on 10 September in Warsaw are Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, and Mikita Mikado, Co-founder of PandaDoc, a unicorn document management platform. Together, they will share lessons on leadership, product development, and scaling global technology businesses that address the challenges facing today’s iGaming companies.

As online gaming businesses grow across regulated markets, they face many of the same questions as global technology companies: how to build high-performing teams, develop products at scale, and compete for talent whilst maintaining speed of execution. By bringing together leaders from Tesla, PandaDoc, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle, Cloudflare, and other global technology companies, Tech Race Summit creates a forum where these experiences can be shared across industries.

Javier Verdura, Global Director of Product Design at Tesla, will present Building High-Performance Teams: Lessons from Tesla. His session will explore how a globally recognised technology company builds teams capable of delivering products at speed while maintaining quality and innovation. The discussion offers practical lessons for technology leaders responsible for scaling engineering organisations in fast-moving industries, including iGaming.

Joining him is Mikita Mikado, Co-founder of PandaDoc, the unicorn document management platform. In his keynote, Building the Next Silicon Valley Business, Mikado will share lessons from building a global software company from Eastern Europe into an internationally recognised business. His experience in scaling products, attracting talent, and growing beyond local markets reflects many of the opportunities and challenges facing ambitious technology companies in iGaming today.

The new keynote speakers build on the first wave of announced experts from AWS, Oracle, and Cloudflare, broadening the summit’s agenda beyond cloud infrastructure into engineering leadership, product design, entrepreneurship, and company building. Together, the programme offers attendees insights from leaders who have shaped technologies used by millions of people and businesses worldwide.

Sergey Kastukevich, Chief Technology Officer at SOFTSWISS, comments:The technology challenges facing iGaming today extend well beyond infrastructure. Building successful technology companies also depends on leadership, product thinking, and the ability to scale teams as the business grows. By bringing together speakers from Tesla, PandaDoc, AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, and other global technology companies, we are creating conversations that rarely happen within a single event. Our goal is to give attendees practical insights they can apply to their own organisations, regardless of the industry they work in.”

Tech Race Summit is the first event of its kind to bring together practitioners from iGaming, fintech, and other high-load industries on one stage. The programme covers cloud architecture, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering leadership, observability, product development, and company building, creating opportunities for cross-industry knowledge sharing among technology leaders facing similar operational challenges.

Tickets are available on the Tech Race website. Early-bird price – until August 10.
