Namibia Gambling Board has extended the deadlines for two gambling technology tenders to November 5, 2026, giving bidders an extra week to submit proposals for monitoring and licensing systems following a high volume of clarification requests.
The regulator made the extension public in Public Notice 003 of 2026, which it published on October 9. The October 29 deadline for both tenders has been replaced with November 5, 2026.
The extension is applicable to tender SC/RP/GBN-02/2026, which covers the design, customization, implementation, support, and maintenance of an automated and integrated licensing, workflow infrastructure, and document-management system, and tender SC/RP/GBN-01/2026, which covers the supply, deployment and maintenance of a central electronic monitoring system.

The automated licensing and document-management system will operate for 60 months, while the central electronic monitoring system has a six-month assignment period. The tender documents are free of charge, according to the Board’s procurement information.
The monitoring system’s objective is to document and report gambling-related transactions and activity within regulated businesses. The integrated licensing platform is intended to provide compliance monitoring and reporting, facilitate online applications and digital workflows, and automate licensing procedures.
