SiGMA Group Acquires iGaming Academy from The Conexus Group!
The Conexus Group has announced the divestment of a majority stake in iGaming Academy to SiGMA Group, a leading events and media organisation focused on iGaming and emerging technology sectors.
iGaming Academy will become a standalone entity within the SiGMA Group portfolio. The Conexus Group will retain an interest in iGaming Academy and the two organisations will continue to work closely together.

This strategic divestment allows the Conexus Group to further focus on its core Human Capital, Advisory and Managed Service offerings. The iGaming Academy and its vocational training will continue to play a pivotal role in Conexus Group’s Human Capital solutions.
