Celebrating 2024’s Top 50 Most Influential Women in Gaming, Africa: Zsuzsanna Zeibig
Zsuzsanna Zeibig is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry with over 19 years of diverse experience. Currently serving as the General Manager for Euro Games Technology (EGT) Kenya, she has established herself as a prominent figure in the sector, adept at navigating the complexities of both land-based and digital gaming environments.
Zsuzsanna’s journey began in Budapest, Hungary, where she developed her foundational skills as a Casino Dealer at Varkert Casino. Her exceptional abilities quickly led her to supervisory roles, culminating in prominent positions at various casinos, including the Las Vegas Casino and the Sunborn Gibraltar Hotel & Casino.
A significant portion of Zsuzsanna’s career unfolded in Gibraltar, where she served as a Pit Boss at Casino Admiral for over six years. This experience allowed her to refine her leadership skills and gain a deep understanding of casino operations. Her roles as a Casino Host for Carnival Cruise Line in Miami also contributed to her comprehensive knowledge of customer service and guest experiences in the gaming industry.

In September 2022, Zsuzsanna made a significant leap in her career by taking on the role of General Manager for EGT Kenya. In this capacity, she is not only responsible for supplying gaming equipment to land-based casinos but also represents EGT Digital, focusing on advancing the company’s online gaming solutions in Kenya.
Academically, Zsuzsanna holds a High School Diploma in Economics from Karolyi Mihaly Economics and Foreign Trade School, alongside a specialization in Tourism and Travel Services Management.
Aside from her professional pursuits, Zsuzsanna is deeply passionate about the gaming industry’s evolution and remains committed to fostering an environment where operators can thrive. Her remarkable journey from a Casino Dealer to a Managing Director in Kenya is a testament to her relentless determination, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the industry she loves.
