LONASE Opens Agency in Kaffrine to Strengthen Presence Across Senegal

The Senegal’s national lottery operator (LONASE) has officially opened its newest agency in Kaffrine as part of its efforts to decentralize services and enhance customer support.

The inauguration ceremony was described as a memorable event, characterized by a spirit of friendliness and commitment. Beyond just a new building, this agency serves as a symbol of LONASE’s dedication to local development and its strategic goal of strengthening its presence across all of Senegal. By establishing a physical footprint in Kaffrine, the agency aims to be “even closer” to its users, ensuring that their needs are heard and met with professional care.

The Kaffrine agency is designed to provide a modern environment where customers can interact with the brand more easily. The focus of this new branch is to enhance accessibility by making services easier to reach for those living in the region, improve proximity by reducing the distance between the institution and the community, and foster innovation by offering up-to-date service standards that reflect a contemporary approach to customer engagement.
