Topbet has officially expanded its presence in the South African market by launching in the Eastern Cape Province.
Operating under the entity Colman Pty Ltd, the bookmaker is licensed and regulated by the Eastern Cape Gambling Board under license number ECBM 070. The expansion is supported by a physical administrative office located at the Harbour View Building in Gqeberha.
The launch is facilitated through the Aardvark and Gaming Hub Wagering Record System (WRS), an integrated platform designed to manage wagering records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the province.
