PMU Mali Celebrates 32nd Anniversary of Technology Independence and Teamwork
Pari Mutuel Urbain (PMU Mali) has officially marked 32 years of active service in Mali’s betting market, highlighting the successful operationalization of the ALR platform, widely known as PMUBA.
The nation’s premier betting and lottery operator was originally established in 1994. The company celebrated this milestone on September 1, 2026, with a gathering held at its corporate headquarters in Bamako. The anniversary served as both a celebration of past achievements and a bold step toward a technologically future.
The anniversary gathering brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including employees, partners, and management, to reflect on the company’s development.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of PMU Mali, Mr. Fassery Doumbia, expressed his deep gratitude to the entire staff for their unwavering commitment and contributions to the company’s strong performance. Mr. Doumbia emphasized: “These results are not solely the work of the Managing Director but rather the effort of an entire team.”
