With an impressive career that spans over 25 years, Esther has been an essential figure at the Betting Control & Licensing Board. She began her tenure in April 1999 as a Principal Gaming Inspector. In this foundational role, Esther was instrumental in overseeing the licensing and regulation of gaming operations across the country, ensuring compliance with national laws and policies.
