Linet Nyongesa is a seasoned professional in service delivery and customer experience management, residing in Kenya. With over a decade of extensive experience in the customer service sector, Linet has established herself as a key figure in the operations and management of high-performing teams within prominent organizations.
Currently serving as the Customer Service Operations Manager at Sportpesa, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience strategy while ensuring optimal departmental efficiency. Since joining Sportpesa in November 2013, Linet has made remarkable strides in her career. She began her journey as a Customer Service Representative, where she honed her communication skills and gained a solid understanding of customer needs and service dynamics.
Her relentless dedication and ability to deliver exceptional customer service saw her quickly rise through the ranks. From serving as a Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing daily operations, to becoming the Customer Service Manager in March 2015, Linet demonstrated her capability to manage large teams and create effective customer service policies that aligned with organizational goals.

In August 2018, Linet’s professional growth continued as she became the Head of Customer Experience for Sportpesa Limited Tanzania. In this role, she was responsible for pioneering the customer service framework in a new market, leading a diverse team, and ensuring service excellence at all touchpoints. Her adeptness in strategic leadership was further solidified when she returned to Kenya as the Customer Service Operations Manager in February 2020. Linet took the initiative to streamline processes, enhance team capabilities through targeted training workshops, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, which significantly contributed to the overall success of the organization.
Linet’s educational background complements her professional journey. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University, where she deepened her understanding of management principles and international market dynamics. Prior to that, she obtained a Diploma in Journalism from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, which equipped her with vital skills in communication and public relations.
In addition to her operational expertise, Linet is known for her commitment to nurturing talent, rewarding high performance, and motivating her teams to strive for excellence.
