GAFCSC Pays Appreciation Visit to NLA for 50th Anniversary Support
The National Lottery Authority (NLA) on Thursday, 17 September 2026, welcomed a delegation from the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) on an official visit to express appreciation for the Authority’s sponsorship of the College’s 50th Anniversary celebrations.
Representing GAFCSC Commandant Major General Jackson Wonje, Colonel Bernard Baah-Acheamfour, Director for Corporate Affairs, met with NLA Director-General Mr. Mohammed Abdul-Salam. Colonel Baah-Acheamfour conveyed deep appreciation to the NLA leadership for their continued support and corporate partnership.

As tokens of gratitude, the GAFCSC delegation presented the NLA leadership with official letters of appreciation, ceremonial plaques, 50th-anniversary souvenirs, and copies of key college publications, including The Flame Magazine and the African Journal.
The National Lottery Authority was recognized as a prominent partner during the Golden Jubilee festivities, supporting the military institution alongside other major corporate entities.
The meeting highlighted the longstanding relationship and unique bond that connects the military college with the state lottery administration. Beyond honoring past assistance, both institutions affirmed their commitment to strengthening strategic collaboration, supporting professional military education, and advancing national development.
