NLA Ghana Seeks Stronger International Partnerships with Jamaica’s Supreme Ventures Limited

Under its 2026 strategic plan, the National Lottery Authority (NLA) of Ghana is taking a more outward-looking approach as it works to strengthen transparency, share expertise, and attract fresh investment into the country’s lottery sector.
That direction recently led the Authority to Jamaica, where it engaged with Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) to explore new opportunities and deepen cooperation within the gaming ecosystem. The visit opened discussions around digital innovation, business-to-business partnerships, technical knowledge exchange, market expansion, and broader international collaboration.
The delegation was led by the Authority’s Board Chairman and Technical Advisor to the Minister of Finance, Frederick Amissah, and included the Acting Director-General of the NLA, Mohammed Abdul-Salam, as well as Board Member Nana Obrempong Ameyaw Amponsem.

Commenting on the visit, Amissah Bernard said, “We are hoping to take the Ghana-Jamaica relationship a step further, establish historical links, and foster business-to-business relationships so that we can move both nations forward.”
The latest engagement builds on an already established relationship between the two markets. This includes a study tour in September 2022, the official licensing of Game Park Limited in April 2023, and ongoing online game management support provided by SVL for Ghana’s digital lottery operations.
Speaking on the visit, Delano Seiveright said, “It was an absolute honor to meet the Ghana National Lottery Authority officials, where we had detailed discussions about why they are here in Jamaica. We are very keen on continuing to build the Jamaica-Ghana connection, and I commend the firm for its active participation in Ghana’s lottery industry. We want to see more of that as we continue to grow.”
