Hailing from a family with deep roots in South Africa’s betting industry, Dean has drawn on decades of experience to lead Evolution’s expansion, bringing its premier live casino solutions to a rapidly evolving market.

Before joining Evolution, Dean Finder was an independent bookmaker and served as Chairperson of the Western Cape Bookmakers Association and as a betting odds supplier for nearly 20 years.
