The project unites the National Lotteries of Niger (LONANI), Burkina Faso (LONAB), and Mali (PMU Mali). Through cooperative efforts in the betting industry, it aims to improve social, institutional, and economic cooperation among the three nations.
In August 2025, the three providers started talking about combining resources, exchanging knowledge, and creating cooperative betting initiatives.

On October 15, there will be a special Quinté horse racing wager with an FCFA150m (US$263,000) jackpot at the Pari Confédâtre AES. All three of the participating nations offer the overall betting product. Additionally, 20 neonatal incubators will be donated by the operators to the Ministry of Health and Social Development in Mali.
