Her appointment marks an important step in ARGN’s commitment to strengthening responsible gambling practices, advancing player protection, and expanding access to effective prevention, treatment, and support services for individuals and families affected by gambling-related harm across Africa.
Mrs Simelane-Quntana brings valuable leadership experience and expertise from South Africa’s responsible gambling and harm-prevention landscape. Through her professional work, she brings perspectives on gambling harm awareness, prevention strategies, stakeholder collaboration, and the development of support systems for people experiencing gambling-related challenges.
