Natali Miankouskaya Explains 1spin4win’s ‘United for Impact’ Initiative Supporting Children’s Healthcare in Kenya

1spin4win officially launched United for Impact, a charitable initiative aimed at uniting the iGaming community to support children in Kenya facing critical health challenges. Natali Miankouskaya, Event & Influencer Manager at 1spin4win, shares in an interview with iGaming AFRIKA the inspiration behind United for Impact, her team’s firsthand experiences during their visit to Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation, and how businesses can get involved to expand this life-saving effort.
iGaming AFRIKA: 1spin4win recently launched United for Impact, a charitable initiative supporting children’s healthcare in Kenya. Could you tell us more about the campaign and the idea behind it?
Natali Miankouskaya: With United for Impact, 1spin4win aims to bring together partners and the wider iGaming community around a clear and meaningful cause: supporting children in Kenya who need access to medical care.
For us, this is not a one-time campaign but a conscious step toward a more responsible and sustainable approach to business. We believe our industry has the power to drive a positive change beyond its day-to-day activities. And we want to use that collective strength to support children and families facing serious health challenges.
The donations raised through the initiative can help cover diagnostics, treatment, medical care, transportation, and other essential expenses that often come with a long and difficult treatment journey.
Transparency is equally important to us. We want our partners to clearly understand what funds are being raised, how they are directed, and what impact they help create. Our goal is to ensure that everyone involved can see the real difference their contribution makes.
iGaming AFRIKA: What did your visit to Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation reveal about the challenges faced by the children and families the organization supports?
Natali Miankouskaya: During the visit, the 1spin4win team met the Foundation’s CEO, saw the center firsthand, and heard directly from the people receiving support through the organization. It gave us a deeper understanding of what families face when a child is diagnosed with cancer or a CNS-related condition. It is not only a medical issue but also an emotional, financial, and logistical challenge for the whole family.
What became clear to us is that help is genuinely needed. As a non-profit organization, Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation plays an important role in making care more accessible to vulnerable children and families. To broaden and sustain this impact, support from businesses and the international community is essential.
For us at 1spin4win, it is a great honor to become the Foundation’s first iGaming sponsor and contribute to a cause that improves people’s lives.

iGaming AFRIKA: Why did 1spin4win choose to partner with Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation?
Natali Miankouskaya: We wanted to choose not just a well-known organization, but one with a strong reputation and a proven track record of helping those who truly need support. We studied the local landscape, spoke with people on the ground, and sought feedback on which organizations are making a real difference.
Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation exceeded our expectations. It supports one of the most established pediatric healthcare institutions in Eastern and Central Africa, serving more than 400,000 patients annually through a network of 18 medical centers. The organization has been helping children and families for decades, combining a clear mission with a direct focus on improving access to healthcare.
What mattered most to us was the alignment of values. We share the same focus on transparency, responsibility, and driving tangible results. That made Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital Foundation the right partner for United for Impact.
iGaming AFRIKA: United for Impact invites partners and the wider iGaming community to get involved. What kind of support is most important at the moment?
Natali Miankouskaya: At this stage, the most valuable contribution is active participation. This can take many forms: financial donations, involvement from partner companies, raising awareness about the campaign, and encouraging teams, colleagues, and business networks to support the cause.
Our goal is to make United for Impact bigger than one brand’s initiative. The more companies join, the more children and families can receive the help they need, and the greater the impact we can create together.
iGaming AFRIKA: What would you like to say to iGaming companies that are considering joining the initiative?
Natali Miankouskaya: I would say this: United for Impact is a chance for iGaming companies to be part of something with real value.
Our industry is strong, international, and growing fast. If we come together around a noble cause, we can accomplish much more together than any company could alone.
We also understand that charitable work takes time and effort, finding the right foundation, checking the process, coordinating the initiative, and ensuring transparency. 1spin4win has already taken on this part, so partners can join more easily and contribute with confidence.
We invite companies that would like to support the initiative to learn more about United for Impact and explore ways to get involved. More information about the campaign and participation opportunities is available here: https://www.1spin4win.com/united-for-impact.
