LONASE Marks Leadership Transition as Abdurahmane Doura Baldé Takes Office

On Tuesday, July 14, 2026, the Senegalese National Lottery (LONASE) hosted an official handover ceremony at its General Management headquarters to facilitate the transfer of responsibilities between the outgoing and incoming leadership.

The event marked the official handover from the outgoing General Manager, Dr. Toussaint Manga, to the newly appointed successor, Mr. Abdurahmane Doura Baldé.
