Exclusive: Gift Tamunopreye Tuadibofa appointed Executive Secretary Association of Nigerian Bookmakers

Gift Tamunopreye Tuadibofa, with an extensive background in legal and compliance roles within the gaming industry and years of experience advising and supporting licensed operators in regulatory compliance and industry governance, has recently taken on a strategic leadership position as the Executive Secretary of the Association of Nigerian Bookmakers (ANB).

Gift’s career in the gaming sector began with her work at EPL Partners Nigeria Limited (“betBonanza”), a licensed sports betting company, where she was instrumental in ensuring operational compliance with regulatory frameworks at both federal and state levels. Her expertise spans regulatory compliance, licensing, player protection protocols, responsible gaming frameworks, AML/CFT compliance, data protection, and cross-jurisdictional legal coordination.

As Executive Secretary, Gift will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Association, interfacing with regulators and government agencies, and leading advocacy efforts on behalf of gaming operators in Nigeria. She will also drive unified industry responses to regulatory developments, organize industry events, workshops, and summits to enhance knowledge sharing, and represent the Association’s interests in national and international forums. Additionally, she will support the implementation of strategic initiatives focused on operator compliance, responsible gambling, and sustainable industry practices.
