SiGMA Group Appoints Lucy Vivi as Head of International and Government Relations for Africa
SiGMA Group a leading global authority in the iGaming, emerging tech, and affiliate has appointed Lucy Vivi as the new Head of International and Government Relations – Africa, effective 1st August 2025.
In this role, Vivi will be responsible for leading and expanding the organization’s engagement with governments, international institutions, and regional stakeholders across the African continent. This strategic appointment reinforces SiGMA’s commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and supporting regulatory frameworks that promote sustainable growth across Africa’s rapidly evolving iGaming and tech sectors.

Lucy Vivi, an iGaming lawyer and lobbyist brings a wealth of experience in licensing and regulatory affairs, diplomacy, international affairs, and policy engagement that will be invaluable to the growth across Africa.
Prior to this role, Vivi held positions with Velex Advisory East Africa as the Head of Legal and Compliance, where she led initiatives in licensing & regulatory affairs, government outreach, and multilateral relations.
