Gambling Authority Promotes Responsible Gambling at the Walala Wasala Charity Cup

The Walala Wasala Charity Cup, also known as the BET267 Charity Soccer Spectacular, is a one-day football tournament held in Botswana to raise funds for healthcare and community well-being. The event was organized by Bet267 and took place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Old Council Stadium in Francistown. The tournament featured teams such as TAFIC FC, Enesia FC, Tonota FC, and Orapa United FC, with Orapa United emerging as the champions.
The event saw participation from the Gambling Authority, with a primary focus on direct community engagement. Representatives used the platform to share important messages about responsible gambling, urging attendees to make informed choices and maintain healthy gambling habits.
