Aviator Studio Is Rightful Owner of AVIATOR Trademark in Kenya
Aviator Studio Holdings Limited has confirmed its legal position as the rightful holder of the
AVIATOR trademark in Kenya, reinforcing its exclusive rights within the iGaming sector.
As of 15 April 2026, Aviator Studio Holdings Limited, acting as a licensed entity of Aviator LLC,
holds a valid local trademark registration for AVIATOR under Registration No. 119861. This
registration establishes Aviator LLC and its authorized licensees as the lawful holders of
trademark rights for the AVIATOR designation in Kenya.
The registered local trademark has also been cited in support of Aviator LLC’s international
trademark application (IR No. 1822051), which is expected to proceed to grant following the
removal of prior obstacles.
As a result, any unauthorized use of the name “AVIATOR” in connection with gambling or
iGaming services, including its use as the name of a crash-style game constitutes an
infringement of the exclusive trademark rights held by Aviator LLC and its licensees, effective
from 15 April 2026.
In addition, Aviator LLC is the exclusive owner of the copyright in the AVIATOR logo. Any
unauthorized reproduction, use, or imitation of the logo or any substantially similar design
across any field of activity, including the iGaming sector, constitutes a violation of its copyright.
Aviator LLC and its licensees reserve all rights available under Kenyan law to enforce their
intellectual property, including seeking the immediate cessation of infringing activities and
pursuing all available legal remedies.
