betPawa and Ghana Football Association Restructure its Partnership Deal

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) and betPawa have announced a major change in their partnership. betPawa has decided to shift its emphasis to directly benefiting players rather than remaining the Ghana Premier League’s headline sponsor.

betPawa will raise the locker room incentive that players receive for each win from GHC 150 to GHC 400 as per the new agreement. Furthermore, the business will finish building the first section of betPawa Park, which is presently being built at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.

This move follows a three-year agreement that betPawa first signed in August 2022, committing a total of $6 million in investment, with $2 million going toward league promotion each year.

After a long time without such sponsorship, the betting company swiftly assumed the role of the league’s major sponsor. betPawa Ghana Football Association

betPawa conveyed their appreciation to the Ghana Football Association (FFA) for their ongoing collaboration and underscored their resolve to help advance and elevate football standards in Ghana.

In keeping with their commitment to helping the players who are at the core of the game, the betting firm announced that they will be introducing an improved Locker Room Bonus for football players.
